Domestic & International Shipping

Processing time: 1–2 business days for payment confirmation, verification, and packing.

Domestic (Thailand): Registered local post. Estimated delivery 1–2 business days after shipment.

International: Estimated delivery 8–15 business days after shipment.

Tracking: A tracking number and shipment email will be sent when your order ships.

Coverage: All destinations outside Thailand are considered international.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by customs inspections, carrier delays, public holidays, or peak seasons.
Customs, Duties & Taxes

We ship DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid). TZ Worldwide does not collect or prepay duties, taxes, or VAT.

Import fees (including COD charges requested by local carriers) are payable by the recipient to clear customs.

Customs authorities require us to declare the order value on the package exterior. They may delay, release, or refuse clearance at their discretion.

Refused/undeliverable parcels may be returned to sender. Reshipment and any return fees may apply.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable from size exchanges, and shipping charges apply for all exchange orders accordingly. Please follow return instructions on form included in package. Items must be returned to following address below within 7 days from original day package is received.
