1) Orders & Confirmation

• An order is confirmed once payment is verified and an order number is issued.

• We may cancel orders suspected of fraud or with incomplete information (we’ll notify you first).

2) Pre-Orders & Reservations

• Pre-order items display estimated production/ship windows on product pages.

• Timelines may shift due to manufacturing; we’ll email you if delays occur.

• Mixed carts (ready-to-ship + pre-order) may be split-shipped when appropriate.

3) Pricing, Currency & Taxes

• Prices are shown in THB

• Your bank/payment provider may apply FX or processing fees.

4) Payments & Security

• Supported methods include cards/bank transfers/e-wallets (as available).

• Transactions are encrypted and processed by certified providers.

• Anti-fraud checks may temporarily hold or cancel suspicious orders.

5) Promotions, Coupons & Member Points

• Coupons/promotions may exclude certain items and cannot always be combined.

• Member points/perks may carry expiry and minimum spend requirements.

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.

6) Product Information Accuracy

• Colors/specs/sizing are presented as accurately as possible, but display colors may vary slightly.

• Measurements are approximate and may include a reasonable tolerance.

7) Accounts & Privacy

• You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

• Personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy (see the Privacy page).

8) Tax Invoices & Documents

• Official tax invoices/receipts can be requested within the stated timeframe with complete taxpayer details.

9) Commercial Use/Resale

• Products are primarily for personal use. For bulk/resale purchases, contact our sales team in advance.

10) Intellectual Property

• All content, images, logos, designs, and text are the IP of TZWORLDWIDE. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

11) Limitation of Liability

• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use and/or purchases.

12) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These terms are governed by Thai law and subject to Thai courts.
